Complete Asbestos Surveys were recently approached by the client to carry out an asbestos management survey at their premises.
The property was built around the 1950’s and has had various refurbishments over the years so was an ideal candidate for having asbestos present.
The client manufactures dry ski slopes so had lots of stock and machinery to work around.
Lots of samples taken throughout the building but only asbestos fuse guards were present which the client is now going to manage annually.
Although the landlord should have had an asbestos management plan in place, the client needed this for building insurance which now they are able to proceed with.
