Complete Asbestos Surveys recently carried out the annual re-inspection survey at this industrial site in Leeds.
The building has recently had new roofing and solar panels installed where old asbestos located.
This survey removed I asbestos items which had since been removed. Many of the asbestos containing products had since been labelled by the client on our last recommendations.
One room included asbestos floor tiles which had become loose in areas in the last 12 months, the client is now programming this flooring to be removed to eliminate this problem occurring.
This site has many asbestos containing materials such as roof sheeting, cowls, flue pipes and floor tiles to name a few.
The asbestos cowls are in a location where it is unsafe to access so we sent our drone up to view the condition of these.
The client recently had a visit from the HSE where they were happy with the asbestos management plan provided by Complete Asbestos Surveys.
